ABOUT

Yeah...that little dude on the left, that’s me!

Sitting with my cousin to play on my grandma’s electric organ after a much needed bath, my fate was only further set in stone.

And this wasn’t even the start. My parents had done the ole Mozart effect - playing classical music for me as an infant. They bought my first guitar, a ‘gift’ from my first of two younger sisters upon her arrival. Forced piano lessons, little electronic devices you could connect together, and an old tape cassette recorder. All of these things contributed to what became a forever love of mine. Music and technology. It’s just a part of who I am.

Piano lessons turned into performing and playing for my church youth group. Little electronic devices turned into running cables and mixing sound. An old cassette tape recorder progressed into using a usb guitar hero microphone and crappy desktop speakers to initiate my continued desire for more gear to capture musical creations. The list and history goes on and on.

But, what’s the deal now???

I would say that I have been working on an intermediate to professional level in music for about 10 years. And that’s just a time-stamp that I think accurately reflects my current abilities and skill sets.

I have been leading worship and music directing in local churches all of that 10 years, as well as slowly growing my recording, mixing, and producing practices (and gear). I also do other fun things like songwriting, DJing weddings, and singing the Bohemian Rhapsody with my wife a capella in the car.

But, if there’s any bottom line “thing” to know about me, it’s that music has been an always thing, an ever growing thing, and a life purpose thing for me - and I’d love to be able to share some of it with you. So, whatever project, whatever event, whatever musical or audio venture - I’d love to consider being apart of it. And if I end up being involved in it - I’ll be honest, straight forward, diligent, passionate, and completely me with every aspect of that involvement.

Hope to connect with you!
